We offer Flat Units, Townhouses and Penthouses. All units have 2 bedrooms,

LOCATION: Directly on the ocean (A1A) 8 miles north of Ormond Beach,
3 miles south of Flagler Beach, and only 90 minutes from
Walt Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, Silver Springs, Cypress Gardens,
and just a 20 minute drive to the most "famous beach" Daytona Beach.
Go north on A1A or I-95 and in just 20 minutes you can visit the
"oldest city" in the United States ~ St. Augustine. In our own quaint
area every Friday visit our open air market located adjacent from our
Flagler Beach Pier located on the fairgrounds. Fresh vegetables,
houseplants, outdoor plants (some exotic) along with other goodies
sold by local farmers and vendors. Also on A1A visit our own Marineland.
ACCOMMODATIONS: All units face the ocean and are individually
owned and each reflects their owner's taste. Each unit is
equipped with linens, blankets, and a fully equipped kitchen.
All you need to do is bring the "Food"!
They all have 2 bedrooms. Penthouses have a sitting room.
Master suite can have either a King or Queen-size bed.
Bedroom Two usually offers two double beds. Some units have a
pull out sleeper couch in the living area. Laundry facilities
are on the premises. Barbecues are located on the grounds for your use.
Pets are allowed on premises (with permission by a unit owner).
A non-refundable pet deposit is required.
RECREATION: Besides a luxurious pool, on our premises, we have a
tennis court for all you tennis fans and of course, a shuffleboard court.
Approximately 3 miles, at Flagler Pier, enjoy fishing or surf casting
on the beach. We have our own beach ramp for our guests to use.
Adjacent to OBC 1 is a 9 - hole golf course, with a magnificent view
of the Intracoastal Waterway on one side and the ocean on the other.
Information about the many 18 - hole courses in the area,
is provided in our on-site Rental Office; as well as
brochures on theme parks and other local attractions.
AIRLINES: Commercial airports are located in Daytona Beach,
Jacksonville and Orlando. Daytona Beach airport can be reached within
35 minutes drive time. Jacksonville and Orlando approximately.1.5 hours
